Kejuana Jefferson is a leading innovator and transformational specialist. She earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Mississippi Valley State University. Kejuana Jefferson continued her education at Walden University, working towards her Ed.D in Teacher Leadership. Kejuana Jefferson first gained her passion as a first grade teacher in the small town of Indianola, Mississippi. That passion intensified when she became a high school English teacher in her hometown of Drew, Mississippi. She describes that experience as "lifechanging", because it was during that time that she met several troubled students, many of them had lost hope in their dreams. She now serves as an academic instructional coach, transformational specialist, and leading educational consultant.
